How to Add Products

ℹ️ Access to this dashboard section requires administrative permissions with "Manage Products" privileges enabled.

 

1. From the Manager Dashboard click on Manage Products

NOTE: Ensure the correct Location is selected

2. Click on Bulk Ops

NOTE: Ensure the correct pricelist is selected

3. Click on Add

4. Click on the arrow icon next to Add Products. A CSV template for adding your products will be downloaded

Refer to this help article for the required fields and format for the CSV.

5. Once all products have been added to the CSV file, click Upload CSV and choose the CSV file you just created

6. If errors are found, go to the Errors tab to view instructions for correcting them. If no errors are present, proceed to step 7 to continue the process

NOTE: Use the scroll bar to scroll to the right to view the errors directly on the page, or select Download Errors to view them in a CSV file.

7. From the Valid Tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Products

NOTE: You may proceed with adding products without correcting errors; however, items with errors will not upload successfully.

8. To apply changes to additional locations and/or pricelists, select the desired options, then click Apply to save. If the upload is only for that specific location and pricelist, simply click outside the pop-up window to exit.

9. The bulk upload process is now done and the items can be viewed in the Manager Products All section
