Only users who have been authorized and added to our Zendesk system can submit support tickets.

If you're not the store owner or manager, contact them to request authorization. Store owners or managers can contact support to request access for users.

After submitting a support ticket through the Zendesk webform, you can track the status and updates of your request directly in the Zendesk portal by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner of the page and then clicking on Requests.
