Order Fulfillment After Preparation
10. Mark Orders as "Processed"
- Once all orders are prepared and ready for pickup or delivery, open the Picker App (available on the Google/Apple App Store).
- Mark each order as "Processed" in the app.
11. Pickup and Delivery Fulfillment
For Pickup Orders:
- On the order fulfillment date, search for the customer’s pickup order when they arrive.
- Once the order has been picked up, mark it as "Completed" in the Picker App.
For Delivery Orders:
The 'Auto Schedule Deliveries' toggle in your Pricelist's Location Settings simplifies delivery for high-volume orders by automatically assigning available drivers to orders on fulfillment date without manual input from managers. If this setting is disabled, managers must manually schedule drivers for each order.
-
Manual Delivery Scheduling (if 'Auto Schedule Deliveries' is disabled):
- If the 'Auto Schedule Deliveries' setting is disabled, you must manually schedule deliveries for each order after marking the order as Processed.
-
Auto Scheduled Deliveries (if 'Auto Schedule Deliveries' is enabled):
- When 'Auto Schedule Deliveries' is enabled, delivery drivers are automatically assigned to your orders and will arrive on the fulfillment date and provide the customer information to pickup
-
Automatic Delivery Completion:
- Once a driver successfully delivers the order, it will be automatically marked as "Completed" in the system.
