How To Create Promotions

ℹ️ Access to this dashboard section requires administrative permissions with "Manage Promotions" enabled.

 

There are several types of promotions that can be created from the Manage Promotions Dashboard. 

1. Preorder - Allows custom pre order and fulfillment dates
2. Featured Item - A category to highlight items at the top of the page. This type of promotion does not offer discounts. 
3. Deal - Buy X number of items and receive $X off
4. Discount - Dollar or percentage discount

 

 

 

1. From the Manager Dashboard click on Manage Promotions 

2. Click on Add Promotion to create your promotion

3. Enter a name for your promotion

4. Enter a Category for your promotion to show

Entering a category is not required but will highlight discounts

5. Select your Start Date

6. Select your End End Date

7. Select Create to Create your Promotion

8. Click on Add Items Group

9. Title this Item Group

10. Give this group a subcategory (if blank system will default to product category)

11. Select Promotion Type

12. Click on Create

13. Give a title to your Item Group

14. Enter the sub category for these items (if left blank system will default to existing)

15. Click on Select Items to add items to this group

16. Find the products you want to add

17. Click on the items you want to add

18. Click on Back to review the item list

19. If everything looks correct click on Save to save your changes

20. Next Click on Back

21. Now Click on Activate

An activated promotion will become "Live" or "Ongoing" once within the specified start and end range and ends automatically
